My days are all mixed up. Holidays weren't meant to happen in the middle of the week, it just makes a mess. I felt like last Thursday was Monday (without the free bagels), and then it was Friday again (like the Tuesday before it). Saturday and Sunday were a blur. I did manage, though, to get a few things done. Did a couple loads of dishes, picked up around my desk, formatted and got my old machine ready for sale. Mostly, though, the weekend can be summed up with the following statement:

I didn't have any transformers as a kid - I lobbied for them, hard, but I could never get past the parental decree "those are boys toys!" All the best toys were for boys. *sigh* But thankfully, I managed to get my paws on them through babysitter's kids and whatnot. Anyways, we didn't even bother with fireworks this year, but we did see Transformers [1] on Saturday. Yes, it's a movie based on, ultimately, a children's toy line from the 1980's - but it was so much fun [2] to watch. I didn't even mind that the characters were all redesigned.
